No. A Cash claim can only be made using the email address and the identity you registered with.
You cannot transfer the Cash claim or the Cash to another email address or person.
You cannot have another person complete the ID verification process on your behalf.
Once your Cash claim has been approved and you redeem it, you are free to do whatever you'd like with the Cash at that time.
