You've completed all of the required Challenges within the required timeframe and now you want to claim the Cash.
Our system does not automatically begin the Claims process after Challenges have been completed. You must initiate the cashout and submit your Claim Online.
Follow these steps:
1. Login to your Cash Status with the email address you used to register.
2. Tap the Cash value you wish to cash out for.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the Claim form and submit it.
4. You will then receive an email in your inbox within an hour with the link and instructions for ID verification.
5. Get the email and capture your ID and selfie
6. Upon successful ID verification your claim will be reviewed for final approval by our claims team. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Upon final approval by our claims team, the cash is delivered within 3-5 business days. It is sent digitally via email and you will have the option to redeem it as a deposit to your Cash Account, Venmo, or Paypal.
⚠️ You have 30 days from the time you submit your Claim to complete ID verification. If you do not, the claim expires and any claim toward the Cash expires as does any earned Challenge credit.
