To prove your identity for a Cash claim, acceptable documentation must be submitted and authenticated.
An acceptable ID is a physical card in your possession issued by a government agency. It must be valid and cannot be expired.
👍🏼 Examples of Identification that are accepted
- Real ID/driver’s license/identification card
- Passport
👎🏻 Examples of Identification that are not accepted
- Photos of photos or previously stored images of your ID are not accepted. The submission of such photos will fail and could result in disqualification of your claim.
- Digital IDs can't be processed at this time.
- Otherwise, a valid document that is expired, altered, borrowed, stolen, counterfeit, or forged
- You may not combine two unacceptable identifications to make one acceptable identification
