If a technical issue occurred through no fault of your own that prevented a Challenge from automatically crediting to Cash Status, we may grant a courtesy Challenge credit with acceptable proof. Our customer service team strives to approve all reasonable requests for Courtesy Challenge credits.
If you have been told that you are ineligible for courtesy Challenge credit or that no further courtesy Challenge credits can be issued to your account, it's most likely due to the following.
- Use of anonymous technology such as VPNs or proxies
- An excessive number of courtesy Challenge credits have been requested or granted, indicating that the issue is not isolated to a technical issue due to no fault of your own.
Remember, we're offering this fun and exciting way to earn Cash by passing some of the compensation we receive from our partners along to you in the form of a Cash Reward. In most cases of courtesy Challenge credit, we are not compensated at all.
If we determine misuse or abuse of our courtesy Challenge policy has occurred, we may revoke your right to request future courtesy Challenge credits or forfeit eligibility for Cash, and/or permanent suspension of your account.
