Oh no! If you had a Challenge credit applied to your Cash Status and you no longer see it, the most common reasons for this are listed below.
Challenge credit expired
A challenge credit expires 60 days from the time that you start the Challenge. If it's taken you a while, it may be expired. Expired Challenge credits cannot be made active again and you cannot receive credit for a Challenge you previously started or completed.
Email account mix-up
If you've logged in to your Cash Status and you have ruled out expiry as the culprit, another common problem is multiple emails. Check to see if you possibly signed up with a different email address and check your Cash Status with the alternate email.
