Complete the Member Support form and submit it. Be sure to provide accurate contact information and a detailed description of what you need assistance with. This will help us help you in the most efficient manner possible.
How our Customer Service operates
- All of our support is offered via email through our Member Support form. This allows us to collect information, and screenshots, and maintain accurate conversation history. We do not have phone or chat support.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days be sure to check your spam/junk folders. It's also possible that a typo was made on the form. If you feel like you might have submitted your email address with a typo you can submit another ticket.
- We do not accept attachments or screenshots directly via email. If you need to send these along, you will receive a unique secure link for this purpose.
- Do not submit multiple support requests for the same issue. Doing so may result in delayed responses or even worse, your profile getting marked as spam. Please be patient.
